Yes, we ask for a minimum of 3 hours of care per week. But your plan is flexible — you can add more time or scale back as your needs change.
Every insurance plan is a little different, but we’re happy to help you figure it out. Many families have coverage through providers like Manulife, Sun Life, Desjardins, or Canada Life. We can also direct bill Blue Cross if you’re part of the Client-Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program.
